New Spy Shots Reveal Connected Light Treatment in 2023 Nexon Facelift

June 29th, 2023

The new Facelifted Tata Nexon was spied being tested on the Pune Highway by our carversal pro (@mr_pratik_sorkhade), and the spy shots reveal a lot about the lights system of the New Updated Nexon.

The first spy shots reveal the front lighting system of the updated Nexon in which there are thin LED Light bars on the top, and below them are the round high beam lens lights, which will be placed in a black housing. The horizontal LED Bars are widened and turned downwards to give a boomerang-type shape similar to the ones seen in the recent Tata CURVV Concept.

2023 Tata Nexon Facelifted with New Lights connected official launch

In the second set of spy shots, the rear of the 2023 Nexon is visible with a new lighting system in which the lights have a cross-like look than seen on the Bugatti. Bolide (yes, literally), in which there are thin RED LED Light bars that are further connected by a narrow LED light bar that runs across the entire width of the SUV and illuminates in red.  This treatment changes the rear look of the car, which has never been seen in any other Tata car. The Rear LEDs are curved towards the side of the SUV, as seen in the next spy shot, giving more details to the SUV.

Powertrain

The new Nexon is expected to launch with Tata 1.5l diesel engine already offered in the current Nexon, churning out 114 hp, and also a 1.2l Turbocharged direct injection engine producing 120 hp, which Tata introduced at Auto Expo 2023 and paired with a DCT Transmission for better performance.

Launch

This new 2023 Facelifted Tata Nexon is expected to launch by Diwali 2023 at an anticipated price of ₹ 8-15 Lakhs Ex-showroom India.

Nexon EV

AS the Nexon launches in India, Tata will also launch its electric version, the Nexon EV, just a few months after with a similar design but an advanced battery system and more range and better performance.
