Are you ready to know what Jeep has in store in 2025? Well, you get yourself ready, as there is much to discuss! Jeep cars in India are associated with tough, off-road cars, but they are entering a new age and introducing cool features and designs, as well as electric cars. So, cut to the chase already, and what is on deck? Let's talk about this ahead.
At present, there is the capability to purchase amazing Jeep SUVs such as the Compass, Meridian, Wrangler, and Grand Cherokee in India. These are robust, trendy cars that fit every sort of road. However, by 2025, Jeep is going to update all these models, and even more, there will be a new Jeep soon!
Many drivers already love the Jeep Compass. It is going to hit 2025 with a new facelift, featuring sharper lights and a cooler front design. Once inside, you may get a larger touchscreen, perhaps even up to 16 inches!
What is really exciting? The new Compass might come with hybrid or electric engine options in global markets! In the case of India, fully electric might require a bit more time, but it is evident that Jeep is developing towards a greener future.
The Jeep Meridian is a large, 7-seat SUV. It is an excellent family car. It will receive minor modifications to the bumpers and the lights in 2025, and possibly even new alloy wheels as well. One great update is that the 4x4 automatic version is back—perfect if you love going on fun road trips or off-road drives. It will still come with the trusted 2.0-liter diesel engine.
The Wrangler is great if you like going off-roading and adventuring. The 2025 is getting some work on the outside, like a new grille and lights, but will otherwise look like the classic Wrangler we all know.
Within, there is an even larger 12.3-inch touchscreen and fantastic features like wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Jeep is also adding new safety features, which are great at protecting you during your wild escapades. The 2.0-liter gas engine continues to be present and can be available with a mild hybrid system for better fuel economy.
This is Jeep's flagship SUV. For 2025, there may be special editions with extra luxury features like power side steps and entertainment screens for the back seats. There will still be the fantastic 2.0-liter petrol motor under the bonnet, giving you a smooth but firm drive.
And now, the good news! Jeep is introducing an entirely new automobile in India called the Jeep Avenger that will come to India by the end of the year 2025. It is a cheap and compact SUV, which is ideal for urban driving. It could cost between ₹8 to ₹12 Lakh (ex-showroom), which would be the cheapest Jeep as yet.
Although it is compact, the Avenger will retain that Jeep stance. And guess what? An electric model has been promised for 2026. This vehicle will be pitted against best-selling small SUVs in India, so it is certainly one to keep an eye on.
If you are a Jeep enthusiast or you are looking to buy an SUV next year, this is good news. Jeep is staying true to what it has always been. Yes, they continue to make fantastic off-roaders, but they are also filling them with much more comfort, smarts, and electricity now.
Hence, at the end of the day, it is a fact that you may want a car to go uphill, in city traffic, or on a weekend, but you will look cool in a 2025 Jeep.
Jeeps are preparing to have a grand year in 2025 in India. There is something for everyone with new models, superior features, and, coming soon, electric power. You can prefer something flashy and off-road-focused or rather a compact SUV suitable for living in the city; it is up to you, but Jeep is making its production more exciting and more advanced.

Not right away. The global version of the 2025 Compass has electric models, but India might have to wait a bit. The petrol variant of the Jeep Avenger could be released towards the end of 2025, with an electric variant possibly introduced in 2026.
In India, a Jeep Compass retails at around 18.99 Lakh (ex-showroom), and a high-end Wrangler retails at 67.65 Lakh (ex-showroom) at this time (June 2025). The new features could result in slightly altered prices. The Jeep Avenger will begin at approximately 8 Lakh, and this is excellent news for shoppers on a budget.
Jeep will continue to provide its 2.0-liter diesel (as it has in the Compass and Meridian) and the 2.0-liter petrol engine (as it has in the Wrangler and Grand Cherokee). Some new versions may also get mild hybrid or plug-in hybrid engines. The Avenger will probably come with a 1.2-liter petrol engine, maybe with turbo options too.
